We’re searching for a natural born organiser to join our award-winning creative agency. We’re a small team of ambitious creatives, working with UK and Global clients to produce impactful video ads for social media.
In the past twelve months, we’ve experienced significant growth and have worked with some of the UK's leading consumer brands including; Huel, Freddies Flowers, Wild, Pact Coffee and many more. Your role will be to help us liaise and manage our growing list of clients, ensuring that their creative vision is captured and executed through our production process. You’ll be working closely with our production team to guide creative direction, book and organise shoot days, liaise with models and locations and pull together creative briefs. You’ll be working as part of a small operations team, with scope to explore other areas of the business that may interest you.
Understand and communicate customer creative requirements to the rest of the business
Account management for a number of key client accounts.
Engage with new clients and bring them through a seamless onboarding process.
Liaise with our network of shoot locations and models to schedule client shoots in line with our monthly operational processes.
Write engaging copy and create client-facing briefs.
Act as on-set production coordinator with our creative team to ensure that all shots and client requirements are delivered appropriately.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively whilst maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
Good understanding of digital marketing & social media.
Intense attention to detail and ability to problem solve whilst under pressure.
Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
Ability to work at a high level on your own or within a team
Previous experience in an account management role.
Strong graphic design skills, demonstrated through portfolio or degree level qualification.
Experience working with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
